Would you like to sell your house before being repossessed???

Is it possible to get a list of houses which are about to be repossessed or have been repossessed as I have investors who can purchase these properties quickly to avoid the person/couple getting a black mark on their credit file and to help them in financial difficulty.???? I certainly don't want to offend anyone and I understand if people want to hold on to their houses, but if it is looks inevitable that they are going to be repossessed and they want help, then I would like to try and assist.
