Absolutely Gary. If they can find your name and address and alleged
debt so easily they can find everything else.
It's their job to look for information on you, not yours. They have
your name and address and with all the technology available today I'm
sure they can track you down.
I agree with the above, send them a copy of their alleged debt letter
back, with a covering letter stating I enclose a copy of the alleged
debt letter as sent by you and require all information as stated on
my SARN in relation to this alleged debt. They have to provide this
by law. Sounds to me like they are stalling for time.
