Response to Who do I SARN?

The preferred method is to send directly to the lender (as you cant really start counting the time period until the data controller ie. NHL receives the request and the SARN could be delayed or 'lost' in transit from AIC)

As long as the SARN has sufficent detail most debt companies do pass them on.
