I agree with Harry. I would also complain to the MCCB, there is a legal duty to sell the property for a fair price. The Mortgage Code says under 10.1 We will comply with the law and relevant codes of practice or similar documents which are followed by members of the Council of Mortgage Lenders....see price,http://www.mortgagecode.org.uk/downloads/mortgagecode.pdf(posted 7587 days ago)Though you would need to exhaust the lender's own internal complaints procedures first, but I would certainly contact them and obtain their advice.
For those who haven't already I would get your local MP involved quoting Mike Hancock's EDM 62 (on repo page), and if your MP is unhelpful I'd contact Mike Hancock himself.
