Information Commissioner - Drydens and Bradford and Bingley

Hi all

Seems Drydens who are acting on behalf of the Bradford and Bingley want me to request doc's of me held by them through the Information Commissioner.

Does anyone have the full title and address of the IC and who I complain to.
