Nancy,
Have a closer look at your documentation as ican find no company of
that name registered with companies house. You may be referring to a
broker who set up your mortgage? There have been incidents of another
company using this tactic to place your account in arrears and i
would like to know who is doing this now.
Post on this site and i will revisit in a day or two.
