Audio + Video Sync in post - production; Mini dV

I wish to edit my audio seperately i.e in Logic Audio, Cubase, Wavelab or Sound Forge. Is there any way I can record the audio on seperate channels using an EDL from Adobe Premire? For example, capturing audio using timecode? Has anyone got any ideas how to setup a video/audio syncronised setup, and any info on exporting timecode from a Mini DV tape? In urgent need of info, your help much appreciated!!!
