I'm trying (with very little luck) to transfere my home movies from my DV camcorder (Panasonic NV EX3) to my PC. I'm using a Fire wire connection and I have over 512mb of RAM in my PC at leat 10Gb of HDD space and my processor is an Athlon 1.2Ghz. I understan that the latest machines are far faster, but I keep having the same problem with all the Capturing Software I try. They keep "Dropping Frames"(posted 7629 days ago)Any ideas as to how to obtain some smooth video footage????
