Peter,(posted 7641 days ago)Bankruptcy doesn't necessarily mean that you have to lose your home, it could be the best option for you. I'd make sure you look into this thoroughly first before trying to stop it. I would contact Simon Wiggins (debt advisor) on his forum site on www.debtquestions.co.uk re the bankruptcy question, he's well clued up on that. Good Luck.
