No.2 Buster Brown? Anyone?

Does anyone know what this is? Is it a brownie camera? My daughter has a collection of old cameras & wants to learn more about them? This is a box camera with a lether strap (strap says "No. 2 Buster Brown" has a metal piece for the photo button metal winder for film winding.
