capture card for Canon ZR50, Vaio laptop, premiere 6.5

What kind of Capture Card (external?)should I buy for the following configuration:

1. Vaio laptop PCG-xg500 with Windows XP pro 2. premiere 6.5 3. Canon ZR50 MC

This is for home use but quality is sought for.
