I've just had the first contact from B&B via Allied Credit International, a postcard asking for £12k, which I can only assume is for a house repoed nearly 4 years ago.(posted 7804 days ago)I'm just getting the stuff organised ready to serve a SARN on them both. Once I've got that it will be time to have a serious think about whether to try and settle for <1k (although we paid for a MIG so I'm pretty reluctant to do that), fight it through the courts or declare bankruptcy.
Anyone here taken on the B&B and won?
