Here's the update on my case for those of you who have been kind enough to help me over the last few months.......owe the halif$%$% £60k ( lost in court) they have refused all offers and then all went quiet for a week. knew something was brewing........ Friday's post arrived and lo and behold!!!! an application for attachment of earnings on hubbies salary!!!!!!!god didn't see that coming!!!! we are off to see a bankruptcy specialist tomorrow who i hope will be able to help.
