Response to judgment entered for £60k(*****thanks to the halif********)

Sorry to hear the news Amanda. My posting is the one below yours. It seems we are in the same boat except this judgement will be against my husband and not me as I was not party to his mortgage ( but his ex- wife was). We have just celebrated our 4th wedding annivesary. The first 9 months were brilliant, we had both had bad marraiges before and we thought this was going to be a fresh start, but we were wrong the last 3 years 3 months have been hell. He has already left once saying I would be better off without him. He has now come to the conclusion that it is no worth fighting anymore. The Halifax made two children homeless (they came to live with us, and are still here), the Halifax have made our lives a misery. I hate the thought of them winning ( and her, as they do not seem to be chasing her). My husband is looking at a judgement of 17-20 thousand pounds, just because they never contacted him and she threw away anything that came through the post. It just seems so unfair.
