Dear All, it's official. I now have judgment entered against my husband and myself for the sum of £60k !!! (£38k debt + costs)all thanks to the halifax ( they may well have made it a million) !!!! we are a couple who were unfortunate, it seems the halifax were prepared to see this one out to the bitter end (maybe to prove a point)..and the end they have...... what have they acheived?????? so far nothing!!!(posted 7814 days ago)Now judgment has been entered does anyone know what there next step may be ??????
and if your reading this halifax or employees of halifax you can go $%*& yourselves.
