Has anyone every recieved a Allocation Questionaire. My husband is dealing with a shortfall claim with the Halifax and they have said they are taking him to court. I need some help filling this in as I do not understand the questions being asked. It looks like something s solicitor should be filling in but we cannot afford a solicitors so we are handling this case ourselves with a lot of help from this website.
