Response to anamorphic lens

I've bought recently an anamorphic lens from Optex -
http://www.optexint.com/digivid/anamorph.htm - and I'm fully
satisfied. That's much better then the electronic squeeze, that's a
true wide image. I have a Sony VX-1000. Optex sells periodically
used lens in excellent condition; that was my case. Look at
