I've been doing lots of investigating after SARNING the Abbey, in relation to them underselling my house. They told me they had received no offers other than the one from the person who eventually bought it.(posted 7895 days ago)After tracing someone who bought an identical house on the same estate, I asked him why he didn't view or buy my house which was on sale at the same time as the one he bought (mine had a conservatroy). He paid much more for the one he bought.
Well he e mailed me tonight and told me he DID view my house and he put in an offer which was rejected. He put in an improved offer which was also rejected. I've now asked him how much he offered aand await his reply.
I have it in writing from the Data Protection Manager at the Abbey that NO PREVIOUS OFFERS were received.
WHAT DO YOU MAKE OF THIS AND WHAT DO YOU THINK I SHOULD DO NOW?
I'm like a big dog with a HUGE bone and I'm not letting go!
The Abbey are lying swines! I'm really angry!
