Hi,(posted 7903 days ago)I would also put it to them that as Abbey National are part of the CML you will formally complain to that body if they continue to harrass you as they are now time expired, and were in fact time expired when they first contacted you, and that all future correspondence will now no longer be responded to from this point forward. If they do contact you with same letter, send them a copy of your letter back over and over again. Good luck and fingers crossed.
