I've spent some time on this site in the last few days seeing you spineless, whinging bunch of ne'er do wells whine on about alleged underselling of property.(posted 7921 days ago)What you morons seem to forget is that when a property is repossessed it will be empty for some time before a buyer emerges. The Building Societies who have been forced by you lot refusing to pay your debts to spend legal fees in obtaining court orders to turf you out of the building societies properties have a duty to get the property off their hands and sold as soon as possible as an empty house is a green light for vandals etc. I can imagine your whinging if the societies had held out in a depressed property market for the full whack on the property price only to see the property get vandalised etc etc etc....
The truth is that you lot put the societies in the position where they were forced to take back THEIR PROPERTY and then ask you to honour your CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS. It's not their fault that you lot were unable to keep your promise to pay the mortgage on the property is it?
You lot should be grateful that after you'd let the lender down so badly they were willing to sell the properties and that there were people such as myself willing and able to pay good money to take the properties off their hands.
Why don't you do something positive with your lives instead of whining and wringing your hands? Pay a few debts for example... It might hurt to part with your money initially but believe me, it'll make your concience that little bit clearer to know that you're finally paying your way in life.
