After getting much needed advice from many people on this site (thank you) and SARNing the halifax/addleshaws, (they have still not answered all my questions by the way). I have just received today a Notice of Allocation or Listing Hearing to appear in court mid september, I recieved a claim form in mid June and had the case adjourned for one month to settle out of court this ended on the 24th July now this!!! What exactly happens then??? and is now a good time to see a solicitor???? I did feel positive until this arrived(posted 7925 days ago)any advice very much appreciated
