This is a site for the victims of mortgage shortfall, you know when through no fault of your own you fail to pay the mortgage through redundancy or worse, you leave the property after advising the mortage co, who say "no problem " your mig will pay any shortfall. Then 5 years later you start to get hassle from the mortgage co or their lapdog solictors to pay the shortfall that you know nothing about cos nobody has seen fit to advise you of the fact.
