Royal Bank Van Repo

I called to let the RB know that I would be late for the next two payments...They told me as OK as long as I pay that and interest. They would not take the payments after...They wanted me to refinance at a higher rate which increased my payment from 500.00 to 700.00 I told them I was not interested in refinancing. Do I stand a chance in the world fighting a large org. Now I owe 11,000 on the vehicule. They did not even let me know I could resell the vehicule etc... They sent someone to pick up the van and told me to sign. I asked if I could have a copy of the paper he refused. Now they sold it for approx. 9000.00 What a bunch of crooks. Think I stand a chance in court? Or what should I do?
