I wrote to the Abbey to make a SARN and have received a reply asking for account numbers (which I no longer have). They also want the signature of my estranged partner (as mortgage was in both names). I could probably get her to sign it but I am worried they will then use my address to legal contact her and I do not want to be lumbered with this.(posted 7996 days ago)What should I do now ?
