Have recently offered a settlement to the above for 6000.00 - the alleged shortfall being 32,000.00. They have flatly refused our offer and will not put anything in writing to us. They have been extremley abusive, both written and verbally.(posted 8017 days ago)we have informed them that we will be taking this matter further - ie - newspapers etc and have received a lovely reply from their lawyers tellings us to back off!!!!!
Any comments anyone?
