ASA Value for Canon XM1/Sony TRV900

Hello DV users

could anyone help me figure out the ASA equivalence of the Canon XM1 Pal, GL-1 in NTSC I think, and the SOny? I'm using a basic (reflected) light metre, any links to ASA - DV info would also be appreciated thanks very much Ariel, London
