Response to How would one go about achieving this sort of effect in a photo???

Ok I'm lost.... I understand the lith print part of it, and I'm sure that's probably next to impossible to find. Although I can mimmick it sort of with some programs I have.

The digital negative part has me lost. I guess I should have stated that I was an amateur so everyone could speak on my level :)
