Thank you. Ive read through the site -and more- and thats why I asked about the limitation act.The bit I mentioned is just about arrears -not about the debt itself- but about half of the 40k is arrears and interest on arears.If this isnt countd I can make a lower offer.(posted 8041 days ago)
