You may wish to read the posting above about beneficial ownership. This is why they won't accept a full and final settlement from you Jesse. Solicitor's seem to be very muddled on this one, as I have been given incorrect advice on this issue in the past too. I can only comment on my direct experience, but I have no legal training, merely experience within a related field.
