Response to Inkjet negative

Thank you all for your responces... I wonder if anyone could tell if there are tricks in preparing a file for printing in terms of contrast and sharpness... And, also - is a print from the digital neg comparable with traditional print (sharpnes, grain, etc.) Thank you all again,
