Response to Who knows what this stands for ?

It's the first time I have heard of this John. I'm not sure what you mean when you say "my recent email responses have been sent to me". Do you mean that Eversheds' responces to your emails? Assuming you do, and assuming that there are several names coming up in the CC'd email addresses, then I would guess that Eversheds is asking staff to send a copy of the emails they send to a supervisor.

If there is only one name that has come up in the CC'd part of the email address, then I would guess it is a central repository for copies.

When did it start to happen?

Also you might want to post a list of all the Eversheds staff names that you have seen.
