I recently posted that hmc/davis&co/cibc/abbeynational (or whichever one i was supposed to be dealing with) had abandoned their case but they did not confirm that it would not be passed to anyone else so as a precaution we asked for confirmation and they have actually sent my confirmation to our local mp that the case will not be pursued. Thanks to everyone who has contacted us to wish us look but dont worry we are not going away.Any help or assistance that we can give to anyone either now or in the future will be a pleasure.(posted 8076 days ago)Thanks and Keep Fighting
