What gives with City Mortgage???

I was surfing the net trying to get info on City Mortgage when I stumbled upon this site. I paid off our 2nd 2 months ago and still have not received a reconveyance. We are trying to refinance. All we get is an answering machine that they check "weekly". My attorney cannot get in touch with them. Any ideas or suggestions.???? This City Mortgage is in W VA.
