can a letting agent keep my holding deposit, if my receipt is a piece of paper w/ our (mine and the agent's) signatures and printed names w/ the holding deposit stated and how much the rent/deposit will be. i have a long list of reasons why i pulled out of the deal, mainly his unprofessional behavior.(posted 8127 days ago)cheers, leslie
