Write a letter referring to the debt and saying "I enclose herewith my cheque for £x as agreed, this is full and final settlement of my debt with you and presentation of my cheque is acceptance on your part that this is so".(posted 8132 days ago)Write on the back of the cheque any account number, and the words "in full and final settlement"
