hopefully my last query.....

nationwide have accepted my offer of settlement. I now have to write a letter to send with my cheque. Can anyone advise me what should be in that letter as regards making sure that the matter is closed forever. Do I need to write 'without prejudice' on it? All suggestions gratefully received. This message board and the site have been utterly fantastic for me over the last 10 months. When this matter is over I shall remain immensely grateful to everyone on here. I would have crumbled months ago if it weren't this website.
