i would like to ask one question though. If we had a MIG, why is the lendor chasing us if they claimed on the insurance, because reading through here and waht we were led to believe a MIG should have paid the lender any monies oustanding after the repo. As i understand it, it should be the insurance company. Or could it just be for interest etc? Can the lender claim for interest?
