Jobo Expert Drums

Hi. I am looking for some information. I have recently purchased an Expert Drum 6005 for up to 5 sheets of 8x10 film I don't have a rotary processor but i have a motor base with speed control. I think 50 rpm or so is fast enough but I was wondering what the interval times should be? (forward and reverse) Any other advise or information on this homegrown prosessor would be appreciated.
