Response to Complaint for the Mame TG3

So, for all of us who have compatibility problems with their joy/pad on Mame 35TG3b. I try the stuff above in Dos version and the psx pad don't work. But, with Mame32 35TG3b it works (I'm sure it doesn't work yesterday !!!). So use Mame32 :-)
