Response to Complaint for the Mame TG3

I should note that for the other games, that individual game coordinator has the right to change the version - I can't do anything about the other games that have MAME 35 TG 3 in it...

But I can change 1943kai - and therefore, MAME 55 will be allowed in 1943KAI only. MAME 35 TG 3 is also allowed. GB9
