I wonder whether the lack of sharpness you're getting is a problem
with the film or with the shooting conditions. I usually use Delta
3200 on the bleeding edge of handheld exposures (1/25 or 1/50 near
wide open); if you're doing the same, the lack of detail might be a
result of camera shake. In the shot above, I had a relatively large
amount of light (about f3.5 at 1/50), a non-moving subject, and plenty
of time to be precise and steady.
