DLA chasing again at work

from Jo Berry (foxwood60@aol.com)
A few weeks ago I received a letter at work from DLA chasing after 8 months of silence for money on behalf of Abbey. At that time following some excellent advice from this site I wrote back to them and asked them not to contact me at work - as I have been writing to them for the past year from my home address they had no need to. They then said that I hadn't responded to letters they'd sent to my home (incidentally this is untrue). I wrote back at the beginning of last week stating that I strongly dispute that, but until they provide me with documents to prove their claim I couldn't help them and that they should contact me at home. Today they telephoned my personnel manager leaving a message to say that they were trying to track me down and make contact with me to send me some correspondence, could they confirm my job title, department etc. I have recorded this message to prove their underhand tactics but I'm not sure what to do with it! Should i get a solicitor to write to them about their continued harrassment? Should I write back myself?

Can anyone tell me under what rules is this dodgy ground they're treading? A good thing is that I'm now so angry that I can't be scared into breaking under the pressure!

Any advice gratefully received.

Thanks
