Response to Eleanor Scott's advice is worthless (Home Repossession Page note: read and question the poster's motive)

I have already paid for legal advice and that got me nowhere. The advice on this site is good and Eleanor is one of those who contribute excellent sound advice. If you look at these posts regulary you build up further knowledge and probably have more practical information on the matter than some jumped up pratt from law school (no offence but this is the REAL world mate)or a highly paid solicitor.
