As you seem to be very educated on British Finance Law I wonder if you could tell us all exactly what Eleanor is getting wrong.

You could also enlighten us as to what connection you have to the DPA as you seem to know what they might think.

Also, please can you explain to me, privately if you wish, why you say that thisis 'her site'?
