Response to yet another mame32 question

from Barry Rodewald (bsr@hnpl.net)
Usually, that is caused by mismatched XORs (files used to 'decrypt' the program ROMs. If you still have that commandline version of MAME, then open a DOS box, go to the folder containing mame.exe, and type 'mame ddtod -verifyroms' (without the quotes, of course). If any come up with a Wrong CRC error, then you may have the ROMs for a different revision or region. Note that the Asian version 'ddtoda' has not yet been decrypted. I have tried the US version (ddtod) which works perfectly for me.

It may help if you tell us your system specs too, as that my help.
