Your first question to them should be something along the lines of:(posted 8311 days ago)"Please explain why your clients, Bradford and Bingley, who are members of the Council of Mortgage Lenders, do not appear to be adhering to the agreement made that came into force on 11/2/2000."
This agreement was that if contact had not been made prior to this date then there would be a 6 year limit on recovery proceedings - they are well outside this time from what you have said.
