win mame 37 beta 9 tg1 version finally released

I'm finally releasing win mame 37 beta 9 tg1.

I was going to wait for a final version of mame 37, but then I realized I uploaded an inp file for columns which can't be confirmed (because I used win37b9tg1 duh)

So now someone can finally confirm my 3.1 million score on columns. Tip of the hat to JBS for his 4 million score. And JBS, if you're listening, I'm curious who you are :-)
