Response to Color film printed as black and white?

As Marc states, Panalure is a good choice. You'll get more midtones and less contrast using this but you have to work in complete darkness. You can print on regular B/W paper but your results will be better with Panalure... get the higher contrast version because the low contrast version is really low. Cheers
