kodak rapid fixer, use part A & B?

i remember seeing several different recommendations on different amounts of "part B" to use for film developing, i've not yet used this fixer but just got some and was wondering if there is a general consensus on how much "part B" most folks prefer using? if it makes a difference i use mostly plus-x and D76 1:1
