Brown spots on prints

I processes a roll of Kodak Tri-X with Edwal FG7 using a 5 reel Patterson tank. I think air bubbles got on the negative and created the brown spots which appear in my prints. My question is: is there a way to deal with these spots on the prints or the negatives? I'm assuming theres no way to actually remove them.
